I appreciated the daily communication with updates on the status of the completion of my vehicle. Heather was very friendly, and the body shop did a great job repairing my vehicle. I also appreciate the communication with Enterprise so I was not harassed daily about my rental and when I will be turning it in.

Length of repair was too long. But that was probably because my insurance company wanted to use, used parts to fix my car. The used parts kept coming in bad. Eventually OEM parts were purchased and everything went well.
