Service scheduled weeks in advance and multiple calls to confirm to His but not ready when I arrived. No rental car there for us as scheduled. Parking lot is impossible. I had to have employee get my car to the road. It was pitch dark when I picked up vehicle and was told to check it at home in the daylight.

Heather was wonderful - she kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and answered all of my questions as they arose. She understood that the process was not familiar to me and her patience was appreciated. Erica also was helpful. She is the perfect person to not only be at the desk but be that front line / first contact with potential customers for Caliber.
