The staff at Caliber Collision on Barker Road in Brookfield, WI was outstanding and very easy to work with! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by everyone I encountered, especially Jomarilliam Torres-Beltran and Carol, the receptionist. I had decided to choose Caliber Brookfield on the advise of the office manager at my State Farm Reps. Office. They, too, did not let me down! Please note that I was originally only going to get just the insurance claim work done. My experience with 'Joe' and Carol, however, tipped the scales and convinced me to have the additional non-claim work done, too! Caliber Collision received another $2,300.00 (approx) in revenue because of Joe and Carol and their service and accommodation. I picked up the car at Lunch on 2/25/26. The car looks brand new!! The work was done before the approximate pickup date I was given. I was kept updated approx every two business days; not too frequent and not infrequent. I never had to call for a progress report. The timing was just right!! The cherry atop the sundae is that their working relationship with the area Enterprise Rental Car location meant I dropped the car off at Caliber Brookfield without having to worry about picking up the rental agent. One stop for everything!! Well done, Joe and Carol. Very well done!! In fact, I already recommended Caliber to a friend of mine, who Carol got in for an appointment very quickly. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The only frustration is with the schedule estimates. First estimate was only a week, then 17 days, then ended up being done in 9 days. Those swings cause more time on the phone with the rental company and multiple edits to the rental agreement.
