Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The only frustration is with the schedule estimates. First estimate was only a week, then 17 days, then ended up being done in 9 days. Those swings cause more time on the phone with the rental company and multiple edits to the rental agreement.

I am not happy that when there was 4 inches of snow on it, he hosed my Escalade down and did not dry it with -20 degree weather. Being so cold, windows don’t go down, minors can’t fold in etc.. And the weather is not going to get any warmer! Not happy at all. I couldn’t believe it, I am mad I didn’t say something, but he probably thought, well, if she doesn’t say anything I am not going to worry about it!

When I picked up my Escalade (1/19/26) the whole front (window, hood, grill) had 3 inches of snow (ice, it was -20 below wind.) To get the snow off the guy hosed off the entire front (not just the front grill where the damage had been.) He didn’t dry it off so water was dripping. As a consequence the entire Escalade froze, windows, doors, ice chunks on hood, mirrors etc.. So now it’s supposed to be very cold and it does not defrost. I called and was basically told he shouldn’t have done that. I am mad that I even let this happen, who hoses down a car and not dry it off before going out in -20 weather. It still isn’t completely functional. He should have gotten me a rental car and put the car in a warm garage for the day to defrost it. People I have told were in disbelief that this had happened.
