As always, I am completely satisfied with the entire experience of the recent repairs done to my vehicle a caliber collision. I'd like to specifically recognize Steve Ryan. I along with my family have had the pleasure of working with Steve over a number of years as well as a number of Abra, and now caliber collision locations that Steve has represented throughout his career. Steve is knowledgeable, informative, and has and eye for the smallest details. Whenever working with Steve, it is guaranteed your vehicle will come back repaired beautifully, with no detail left unaccounted for.I can rest assured, that anytime I bring my vehicles to Steve for any service work, it will be returned always exceeding my expectations.

Was told time to repair 7 - 10 days. Actual time over 2 weeks. Was told i would get status reports, No one ever called. When I called about the repair, the agent just said "Sorry" but did nothing else.

It took twice as long as estimated. I have to go back again because my windshield was never fixed. They said it’s too cold to do it mobile. They just should Of done it while was there. The whole process was a nightmare
