Excellent customer service. The insurance estimate was much lower than the actual repairs. You absolutely did a wonderful job of contacting them and getting everything taken care of.

The only problem was you were changing the computer program causing a lot of us to wait for attention and rental car or having to come back. Maybe you could have some assistance when you buy out a company until they are familiar with the new program.

Very happy with the work and the communication during our repairs! Kevin did a great job keeping us up to date and communicating timelines. The only point that we were frustrated with was when we were scheduled to drop off our vehicle and pickup the rental, that process took entirely way too long. For enterprise being next door it got to the point that we had to drive to enterprise to pickup the car since they hadn’t brought it over to the Caliber facility. Caliber team was calling over to Enterprise and kept saying that it’ll only be another minute and that they’re on the way. Likely this issue was with Enterprise, but just wanted to pass along the feedback as this was part of the overall experience.
