I couldn’t be happier with how my truck turned out. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of the work was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the effort they put into making sure everything was done right. After I brought my car to Brooklyn Park I was told that they did not work on hybrids at that location. I would have chosen someone else had I known that.

As near as I can tell, the repairs went well, and they even buffed out a paint scrape on my bumper.

I was in the dark for the whole repair process and was never informed of the estimate or repairs required. Allstate stupidly sent caliber an erroneous phone number, but I gave Caliber my correct number. Any notifications went to the wrong number, so I knew nothing until everything was done.
