Sunny was awesome with communication. Although I didn’t know the expected length of time until after I dropped off, he was wonderful at keeping me posted on the progress and hustled to make sure I’d have my car back before heading to the airport. First time ever having “collision” work done (thank you, deer) and my Honda looks beautiful! The rental pick up and drop off was seamless as well. Thank you to my girl at the front desk for the ride to Enterprise at the end of her shift and for being able to drop my rental off at Caliber and not having to hoof it inbtwn.

Aaron, Fred, and Heather are absolute genius at customer service. I’m disabled and they moved everything from my rental car back to my car when it was done. They fixed everything and then some! I don’t intend to go anywhere else ever! They are the best.
