Exceeded expectations across the board. Vehicle was finished ahead of schedule; the quality of the work was unmatched; the courtesy and communication throughout was respectful, timely and caring; and everyone I interacted with gave me the feeling my car was the priority (when it is obvious they treat ever customer the same). Never experienced collision repair services before so explanation of the process was important-They assume your level of knowledge is little without a demeaning attitude. Would never go anywhere else in the future, especially as a woman.

I won’t go anywhere else and I’ll tell friends and family the same. I know my repair was pretty simple compared to a significant accident, however if that is how they treated my few dents, I wouldn’t trust anyone else taking care of my vehicle if it had any more significant damage.

Aaron was exceptional-his explanations of the process, expected timeframe, making me feel like I was the only customer and his top priority (which was obviously not the case), but also everyone that interacted with me-the woman at the front desk, 2 gentlemen sitting behind that said good morning the first day and at pick up helped with a question Aaron had. Super team!
