Joel was very helpful every step of the way, from scheduling the initial appointment, rescheduling, and greeting me at my arrival and explaining the process. The gentleman at the front desk was great - even retrieved my garage door opener from the rental (after I had picked up my finished car) and offered to stay late so I could get the opener before the weekend. A+ service

The communication and updates was great. Although some unforeseen supply chain and shipping issues came about and delayed the final steps of repairing my car the communication around when the expect the parts would arrive and updated estimated timeframe was communicated to me.
