We were kept up to date on the repair progress several days a week. All of our questions were addressed with utmost professionalism. All staff was courteous, considerate and pleasant from the person who answered the phone to the service manager.

I had Caliber collision repair my Audi s4. Upon pick up i was very dissapointed with the job done. I spoke with a representative and the next day it was all re-done. I was EXTREMELY statisfied the second time and was truly impressed with the manager.
