GREAT JOB, EVERYONE!!! We were amazed at all the attention taken on details on our Ford truck. Starting with the Adjuster, Armando Carmona, (who is Bilingual!!) and the persons who found damages we did not see. We appreciate everyone who had a part in the process of working on our vehicle. They all did an awesome job, they are to be commended. Our truck looks great now and we are so very happy to have it back. Armando's notifications on all the progress were so welcomed; we knew of each step of repair our truck needed and therefore was being worked on. A BIG "THANK YOU" TO ALL WHO HAD A PART IN WORKING ON OUR FORD TRUCK, "GOD BLESS YOU!!" One more thing, we would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

Repairs were done pretty fast which I appreciated. But on the flip side of that it seems some of the repairs were rushed through and not throughly looked over before they gave me the truck back. Some.of the paint on one fog light bezel they painted is starting to raise and Crack. The fender that was painted has lines where the paint ran. Part of the grill surrounded wasn't completely clipped into place because of the factory left some flashing on one of the locking tabs so I had to remove the flashing to get it to correctly snap.into place.
