It's still not 100% fixed, but I picked it up because Eddie told me it was done. Then he called to tell me it wasn't finished but I already dropped off the rental car. Also, it still rattles, but I have no plans to take it back to this location for help.

Eddie was helping me and then another woman came in. he asked me if I he could help her real quick if I didn't mind waiting. I told him ok but after sitting in the waiting room for exactly 30 minutes I asked the woman if I was going to be helped soon. She said she could email me the estimate and I didn't have to wait. Why did I have to waste a half an hour of my life waiting for that? Eddie never came back to tell me anything. Then when I went to pick up the car they said it would be right out. After about 5 minutes another woman came in and they got her car right out to her. Eddie even came out from the back to talk about how she must like getting her car fixed. I asked him about me and then he looked like he had forgotten and suddenly my car was ready. Unfortunately they told me it was ready, took my insurance company's money and had me drop off the rental car but they haven't even finished the job yet. I'm still waiting to hear back from Eddie on when a part he ordered from my car come in so I can finally be done with this company. I'm never going back to this location again and if my insurance company tells me to go there I will definitely tell them this story. Note, I put a 2 because the woman at the front desk seems nice.

Took over 2 weeks for the work and it was hard to get in contact with them regarding how much longer my car needed to be there. Also, they didn't fix the alignment.

The back and undercarriage of our vehicle looked brand new and was well done.

Eddie was very polite and kept us well informed on the status of our vehicle. He worked with us to get our vehicle back to us while my husband was in class, and I was home with our newborn. Because of the wonderful service we received, I would recommend friends to go here if they were ever in an accident.
