When I received my vehicle I was disappointed in how the dust from the painting process had not been removed from inside and outside of the vehicle. The back side of the cab of my truck was covered half on the passenger with dust. On the interior there was dust on the floor mats and inside of the floor storage compartment. I would think that the tech who worked on my truck would have had more pride in his work that he would make the truck clean on the inside and out. The repair looks wonderful but the mess I will have to clean is unacceptable.

I was very pleased with the work done and the communication. The only thing that upset me was the text message that I received, asking if my husband was coming with me to pick up the vehicle and if he had any questions that needed to be answer. Another comment was made when I picked up the vehicle that if my husband had any concerns, to just call. I’m a female who can handle repairs and my vehicle. I was upset that it was assumed that my husband handles everything when I was the one in constant communication with caliber collision. Be better. This is 2021.

Caliber Collision exceeded every expectation and it was the best auto body work experience I've ever had. They kept me updated on the repair process, they worked to get all they could from the insurance company, and the final product was absolutely perfect. I would work with them again for sure.
