I mostly spoke with Kaelen and Rihanna, and they were very informative every time I spoke with them. They kept me informed and updated on the progress of my car via text updates. They always answered any questions I had or directed me to the right person if needed. They offered extra information I wouldn’t have thought to ask which was very helpful. Always kind and easy to talk to. As for my car, it looks great!! Repair work was nicely done and they even cleaned the inside of my car, which I wasn’t expecting, but was pleasantly surprised and excited about when I got it back! They were very thorough with both fixes and information. Great experience overall!

Customer service and communication was great!! Kaelin and Rhianna were very communicative, helpful and kind every time I spoke with them. They gave me great information, never leaving me with extra questions on how things were going. Text updates were really great to get throughout the repair work. *I did somehow end up calling a call center once toward the end, which I was less than impressed with. Calling the actual location was always easy and gave me quick answers. The call center wanted my name, number, email, etc, and couldn’t answer questions. It felt like way too much of a process when the people at the local caliber business knew my situation and could answer things quickly. I am not a fan of the call center experience.
