I brought my 2023 Volkswagen Taos in to have a deep dent and damaged paint repaired. The repair itself took four days, which wasn’t an issue for me. When I picked up my vehicle, I inspected the repaired area, saw that the dent had been fixed, and paid for the service. Shortly after leaving, I made a quick stop at a store. When I returned to my car, I noticed beige paint splatter on the back of my vehicle that had not been there before. I immediately called the shop and explained the situation. The employee I spoke with said he couldn’t guarantee that the shop caused the paint splatter but agreed to fix it anyway. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I had only been in the store for a short time. It seemed impossible that my car could have gotten paint on it, and for that paint to already be completely dry and hardened by the time I came back out. The paint felt like it had been there for at least a day. What disappointed me the most was the lack of accountability. Instead of taking ownership of a possible mistake, I felt like my concerns were being dismissed. I understand that accidents happen, but customers deserve honesty and accountability when issues arise. I’m leaving this review because I was happy with the dent repair itself, but discovering a new issue immediately afterward and feeling like there was no accountability left me disappointed. I hope this matter is resolved quickly and professionally.

Coming to your shop was a great experience for us. From the first moment Kalen Tindall treated us with great respect. My husband Kirk asked many questions of Kalen. He has hearing issues. Yet Kalen was patient with him ,and asked him more than once ,if there was anything else that he could help him with. I appreciate that so much. The truck looks great. When I got my car back my things were missing first thing I notice my gold chain that I have on my review mirror was missing so I went and asked if they had it one of employee told me there detailer guy likes to grab valuable things and put them in little pockets? What does that mean? Next I went home going through my car to see if anything else was missing I opened the trunk and my pressure was gone and my bag that had my drill and my detailing stuff I just want my stuff back!

When I first got into my car from picking it up my first words were “holy cow”. My car looked brand new outside and inside. I was not expecting for them to clean the inside of my car. If they didn’t do that I would still be extremely satisfied with the service. They communicated with me the whole way through and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
