I could not have asked for a better experience. Caliber was very communicative about the the progress and expectations. And then got the job done faster than anticipated. When I picked my car up I was pleasantly surprised that even the inside of my car had been meticulously cleaned. What a nice treat! 10/10 would recommend Caliber Collision. Between them, Geico, and Enterprise I could not have asked for a smoother experience in a stressful situation! Top notch customer service, and repair of my vehicle!

We truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism you showed us when we dropped everything off at your office. You were communicative and helpful in person, and we’re grateful for that. However, we were extremely disappointed with the communication we received over text. We reached out to ask about a pickup day and did not receive a response until two days later. That response informed us that we only had until the following day before rental charges would begin. Because we relied on your communication, we are now responsible for paying an additional day of rental. Receiving a response two days after our initial question felt unprofessional, as it placed us under significant and unnecessary time pressure. We wanted to share this feedback because the situation could have been avoided with more timely communication.
