Crunch the tailgate in my truck.They replaced it repainted it a new one, but notched the color on my truck perfectly looks like brand new again.You want quality, work and good people to work with.There's good and easy as it gets!!!

Fix auto in mount vernon, I destroyed my tailgate on my Ram.Pick up, they put me a new one on their painted.It to match, come out beautiful.If you want it done and done right fix autos to place.It used to be dollies , still the same quality of work.°°!! Overall my experience with fix auto was a 10/10. The lady at the front desk was a doll, very kind, down to earth and funny!. Other then that when i went to pick up my car i had to pay $100 to take it home. i am okay with the payment, However i would have preferred to be notified about that sooner then the moment i go to pick it up. Also being a body shop and paying as much as i did to get it fixed. I was expecting the whole outside of the car to be cleaned. Not just the parts with the repair. However i understand why (you're a body shop not a detailer) But i do believe that if the car gets body work done. You guys should go the extra mile and clean up the outside of the vehicle! Not only will it look nicer then when it was dropped off. the ownerwill be more happy and satisfied with the repair and will suggest your shop to other people. Small thing like i do believe will make your shop stand out above the rest. However this is MY OPINION and for the first body shop i have ever gone to. Fix auto Had great communication amazing staff And quickl fix time! Thanks for your help!

Oh my goodness all round great experience. Dallys' has the process down from the minute you walk in the door. Drop in for an estimate, then a brief wait while they build the wtitten estimate. Repair is set before you leave. Text appointment reminders and update once in for repair. Very easy. Once they got into the repair they discovered another broken part which they texted me for approval of additional cost. Easy pickup too once it was finished. I appreciated Heidi helping me figure the date i can next take Ole Blue into the car wash .. including suggestions for a inbetween spunging. But i must say i was so pleased when i got home to see they have vacumed the floor .. becuase i know the grandkids had left Taco Time bits and pieces covering the floorboards when I dropped it off. Oh and thr job was beautifully done too ... never can tell I backed into a pole [twice] . Thank you Dally's
