Everyone was awesome. Communication about where the car was at in the process was thorough and comforting. I always felt like I knew what was going on. Very nice staff answered all my questions. Quality of repair is high. Excellent work.

The side panel does not match up with my back passenger door. It looks odd. I would really like it to get fixed like it was never in an accident.

Customer service was great. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful. She is a ray of sunshine. It's always great to go into a business with someone who is happy to be at their job and she is one of those people. I really enjoyed my interactions with her.

My car is parked and somebody decided to smash into wrecking the front end and the backend moving my vehicle 4 feet backwards into my garage. The next morning my car was towed to caliber collision caliber collision treated me with kindness made contact with me almost daily in regard to repairs on my vehicle when I picked up my car it was clean and smell good and look brand new. I did have one small issue where my heater didn't work I was able to take it back in and get it fixed within five minutes. I adore Glenn at caliber collision for being so sweet and kind me and working so hard on my vehicle to get it to me so that I would have a car to go to work and take care of my children thanks again for all your hard work and your lifetime warranty on all of your work!!!

Everything was very professional but also personal. Marissa had all the answers I had not only about our car but also about our rental. She handled the whole procedure (even made a great hot chocolate). Glenn was very sensitive to our concerns and worked around our needs. Our car was returned to us in a timely manner. They worked as a team with Enterprise. I also want to give Kudos to Rylie Zucker. She is new on the job but handled things also in a professional and personal way. Yes. Job well done
