Everyone was so professional and made the repair process as easy as possible. They worked with the insurance company and made it a seamless experience for us. Customer service and communication couldn't have been better. Kyle and Traci were exceptional. I would recommend Caliber to anyone. They were fantastic. Car looks prefect. They completely took the stress out of an unpleasant situation and were so very nice.

It is not often these days that a service goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Thankfully, we have not had need of collision repair, so when we did, I was not sure where to turn or how the process would go. The team at Caliber in Burlington, WI went so far above and beyond in their customer service to make the experience as pleasant and seamless as possible for us. And the repair was expertly done.
