Collision updated me every step of the way via text and phone call every other day during the process. They even transferred my vehicle to another location that needed work so it would get done faster. I can't be happier with the service I recieved

After our accident, which was very extensive. We looked for body shop that worked on GM vehicles. That took us to Caliber Collision in Burlington next to Lynch Chevrolet. Our experience there was over the top amazing. The three Ladies we dealt with, Molly, Traci & Miranda were sensitive, hard working, caring & very professional. They helped minimize our concerns & kept us informed thru-out the whole process. We would totally recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for body shop & repair services. Molly, was wonderful! She called me right after I finished filling out the insurance information. She walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. She made me feel safe and secure. She left a lasting impression. I remember walking out feeling like a huge weight was lifted. When I sat in my rental I said out loud, everything really is going to be okay.

I did not do a thorough inspection of the car when I picked it up. The work on the vehicle itself was satisfactory but I didn’t notice until a week and a half later that one of my wheels had been damaged. I did a workaround inspection when I first brought the vehicle in with one of your employees, and there was no damage to any of the wheels.
