The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. From the moment I walked into the door, Samantha and VJ made me feel at ease. I received daily updates from Raul letting me know the status of the repairs. And the repair was completed before the actual deadline. My car looks brand new. I would recommend Caliber to everyone.

I got rear-ended. However, there did not seem to be any visible damage on the outside. However, I was worried if there were any damage inside. I heard a loud bang when I got hit. Discussing this with Vince assured me that getting things checked out inside the back bumper is the best choice because while there may not be any visible damage on the outside, the sensors, battery, other electronics, structural integrity may be damaged. I feel much better knowing that all is well. I very much appreciate that the people who worked on my car also vacuumed and wiped the interior of my car and also washed the exterior.

Thank you Caliber Collision for doing such an excellent job on replacing the shattered rear vent window on my 2015 Toyota and painting the impacted side of my Van. Vince and the team did an amazing job on the car! He continually gave me updates and the situation. I was really happy to see the finished work and it look completely good as new! I was even surprised that they went out of their way to clean not only the exterior but the interior as well! I would honestly come back to them anytime if I come any future issues.
