I would recommend any of my family members of friends to come to the shop because I was very pleased and they were very courteous and they took me step-by-step each time they needed to to inform me of what was going on and how close it would be before my vehicle will be finished.

I would say my experience and the service I received were TERRIBLE from start to finish. The communication was extremely poor, and there was very little effort to keep me informed throughout the process. I was given a date when my car was expected to be finished, but I was never contacted to let me know that it would not be ready on time. I had to call myself, literally an hour before I was expecting to pick up my vehicle, only to be told, “Oh no, it’s not ready yet.” What made the situation even more frustrating was that they had already contacted my insurance company and had my rental car scheduled to be returned, even though my vehicle was not actually ready. At no point did anyone reach out to me beforehand to let me know there was going to be a delay. Unfortunately, the experience got even worse when I finally picked up my car. There were additional problems with the vehicle that were not there before I dropped it off. I left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed because not only was the communication unacceptable, but I also received my vehicle back with more issues than I had when I brought it in. Overall, this was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end. The lack of communication, poor handling of the repair timeline, and condition of my vehicle upon pickup were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone based on the way my situation was handled.

Quality of the repairs were great with the exception of the alignment tool being left attached to my car. Spoke with caliber’s manager, and was informed that a third-party is used thankfully no damage was done to my car however, the tool was hitting up against my exhaust, it would behoove them to trust and verify that all tools have been removed prior to turning the vehicle over to their customers

Poised professional, and connected emotionally with myself and other customers willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customers were knowledgeable of what was happening, educated on what was going to happen and apologetic regarding any circumstances that arose.
