I appreciate it very much Marvin's High Caliber customer service. He was kind and patient with my questions from beginning to end. He made sure I understood the cost and any options I might have. He also was empathetic regarding me potentially being without my car for lengthy period of time and made every effort to have it ready long before I expected it to be. Hooray! This level of customer service is rare and I won't forget it.

Lizz was an incredible employee. She wa every courteous, polite, knowledgable, and professional. She was a great listener and heard all my concerns and even spotted damage to my car that I didn’t originally notice. She communicated with me throughout the entire process with status updates and answered all the questions I had. She really went the extra mile to coordinate with my insurance company and the rental agency too while my car was in the shop. She and the crew got my car repaired even faster than originally quoted and made a super stressful situation of having gotten into a car accident less stressful and got my car back in a week looking brand new.

I would be very likely to recommend caliber for car repairs to my friends and colleagues, and I would specifically recommend that they get their appointment done with Lizz, as she was the epitome of amazing customer service and really went out of the way to make sure the experience was as good as it possibly could be given that I got into a car accident. Her professional, polite, courteous, and positive attitude really was a soothing balm in an otherwise unfortunate circumstance of having been hit by another person’s car.

She was very knowledgeable and a good listener. She even noticed there was damage on my car from the accident that I didn’t notice and worked with the insurance company to get it covered. She was very communicable and kept me posted from start to finish on any update with my car and I was really really grateful for this because my insurance company dropped the ball and didn’t keep me posted on any updates or status of the case or claim. Additionally, she arranged for a rental car to come pick me up from the collision shop saving me money from otherwise having to get an Uber. She made sure my car got done on time and in fact it was ready even earlier than anticipated. She worked with me so I could pick up my car when it was convenient for me and she returned my car to me like it was brand new. I really appreciate Lizz and the team at caliber for all their hard work.
