Megan and Lizz gave great customer service. Megan went above and beyond by helping me remove my parking permit from my windshield when I had difficulty doing it. Lizz was thorough and detailed in answering my questions and explaining what steps Caliber Collision Center will go through to work with my insurance to get the repairs covered.
