From start to finish, I had the smoothest and easiest experience getting my truck repaired with Marvin and his team. I was involved in a hit-and-run accident and arrived at Caliber feeling unsure about the process and how everything would turn out. On top of that, I was anxious and stressed about being without a vehicle for my commute. Marvin, from our very first interaction to the last, was outstanding and represents what A++ customer service should look like in every business. He explained the process clearly, gave me peace of mind, and made me feel confident that everything would be handled properly. He was professional, caring, and reassuring in the way he communicated. He completed an initial assessment when I dropped off my truck, and I was impressed by how accurate the estimate was, as well as how closely the work and timeline stayed on track. I was also given a link to check the status of my vehicle, which was very helpful. A few days after drop-off, Marvin personally called me with an update and assured me they were working to get everything completed as quickly as possible. My truck was ready two days earlier than the estimated completion date, and I was thrilled. I was even happier when I saw the finished result, my truck looked incredible! Dare I say, it looked like it did when it was brand new back in 2016. I can’t recommend Marvin and his team enough. Do yourself a favor and choose Caliber Collision for any repair needs!
