I must say I choose Caliber Collision before I choose to turn in a report to my insurance company . I was welcome in, spoke with the receptionist who was very helpful and nice and she turned me over to Zack who took his time to look at my car and explain exactly what was need. I really liked and appreciate how caring and kind Zack was. My mind was made up so I made and appointment to bring my car in. When I got home my husband said he decided to turn it into the insurance, he called and they said they would cover it. Before I could tell them I had made and appointment with Caliber Collision the guy said here are some shops we use or you may won’t to choose your own and the first name they gave me was Caliber Collision I was happy after praying I was lead to Caliber Collision it was just conformation for me that I had choose the best. I told the insurance guy I had already been there and made and appointment for Monday he said fine and that Caliber Collision was a great company I said yes God lead me there. If I should need a body shop again in the future it will definitely be Zack and Caliber Collision. I can’t say it enough Zack was great 👍🏾.

The repair is nice and can not even tell where the dent was . However the smell in the car is horrible and toxic , tried a couple of things to get rid of it , they didn’t work .
