Updates from Zach each day sometimes twice was reassuring that progress was being made. Looked like a generic text but then I responded to one and Zach responded third so knowing a human was communicating real time was helpful. Also repairs didn’t take long I saw when Zach told me a setback was that a part came in damaged he informed me they were sending a second time for another. The total time of repairs wasn’t bad either.
