I initially took my car to the North Fulton Shop and customer service was terrible (would rate a 1). Ended up having the work done at Carrolton Shop and Zach (tech who did work) was great.

The work was excellent. Couldn't ask for anything better, The updates were great and the work was completed in a very professional and timely manner. The appearance of my vehicle was excellent after being repaired by Caliber. Couldn’t tell it had ever been involved in a collision. Really appreciated the daily updates which provided the status of the repairs on the vehicle. Fantastic job, Caliber!
