The quality of the work was excellent. The staff was pretty friendly. However, it was never disclosed to me that I would have to pay $260 out of pocket for a diagnostic fee. That part was misleading and unfair. I was unprepared to pay the money.

Took over a week longer than quoted, communication was terrible. Receptionist very rude and argumentative. Work was of high quality.

I took car into one location and work was performed by a different location. I was happy with way shop that peformed work seems to have handled repair but it is not geographically convenient to me so would not have picked it for the work. I am not happy with how the actual shop I went to, which is geographically concenvenient and which I chose based on past experience when it was ABRA, handled some things, so would not likely recommend that location to anyone.

As far as we can tell at this time, the work was performed well and the repairs are satisfactory as we have seen nothing yet to indicate otherwise. Of course, we will need time to see how things hold up, but the service seemed good at the time.

Zach was amazing with keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. This will be my second visit with this company but my dad gets all his repair for his other cars here. All the employees there are nice and so willing to give the best service to their customers. They did amazing on my car this week but that’s no shocker because I’m always satisfied with their work.
