I am amazed and completely satisfied with the way Caliber quickly handled my claim. However, I feel like the use of non factory parts resulted in a less than “factory “ fit of some of the parts, specifically, the plastic step inserts and bumper cover.

We had to take the car back because it wasn’t painted on a particular place. Now we noticed the white overspray is on some of the black area.

I think the repair went very well and for the damage sustained it was put back about the best it could have been anywhere. The only issue that I can see is that the pearl white on the fenders and hood are not quite as pearly as before but that may be a difficult thing to achieve. Overall I hate my truck got wrecked but as far as the repair I am very pleased with the result. 4.5 stars if you ask me

I had a very positive experience overall and was impressed with the professionalism, communication, and quality of service provided. The team was friendly, helpful, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. Despite the overall positive experience, I encountered two remaining issues with my vehicle. First, the side that was previously damaged is still not fully aligned. Second, the light panel at the bottom of the grille has not yet been replaced. I would appreciate it if these issues could be resolved

I would like to give caliber collision a 10/10. Their customer service was excellent. I was informed ever few days about the progress of my vehicle via text message which I loved. The vehicle was given back within a timely manner and even a week before the projected date. When I received the vehicle it looked like it did before my vehicle was hit. I am more than satisfied with their effort and their work. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a good body repair service to use caliber collision.
