Corporate was sending out text updates until the day before my car was scheduled to be complete. All the updates indicated it was on track. So the day that it was planned to be done I showed up to pick it up and it was not ready. Apparently those updates were sent without the local shop input.

The car looks great It was finished a week early. I'm sorry I forgot his name but your adjuster that I dealt with was excellent. Kind and very professional. Could not have had a better experience. That man gets a 10 star rating.
