Every one from the main lady up front the underwriter guy and the manager all great! My experience was excellent minus my interaction with Eve. She’s rude and condescending. Unfortunately most of my interactions were with her. She needs serious customer service education. While I waited to get my car taken in I witnessed her bite one of the service guys head off. With his response to her if you are going to be rude I’m going home. She continued to make me wait but helped someone else that came in after me to pick up her car. That customer had to get stern with her and said “ I’m not going to argue with you”. With me I told her to be sure to replace with the exact black chrome. She said it definitely would be the same. She replaced with silver and then argued with me about it. I live 40 minutes away from the shop. If I have to come again I’d definitely ask not to work with her. As I said everyone else was so kind and in the end I was happy with the work that was done.
