Kevin was outstanding when I drove in, after a bad encounter with a deer.. It was at closing time but he still went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and Kevin.

That lady in the front is more than rude and knows absolutely nothing. When called out on herself, she wasn't going to release my keys. Had to get management involved.

The lady at the front desk is rude and totally did NOT know anything. She tried to not give me my keys and I had to have management resolve that issue. Totally will NEVER use them.

I was disappointed that all repairs weren’t completed when I was told I could pick up the car. So when I arrived, I had to point out areas that had not been buffed and wait for them to be completed.
