The work looks great. My biggest concern was the length of the repair. The eta, we first before Christmas, then around mid to end of Feb. and finalized near the end of March. I do realize some of this was beyond Caliber Collision’s control.

The Caliber Team were very polite and respectful. Josh explained everything to me when I dropped my vehicle off and kept me very informed on what was going on and why the delay. Was also told they would try to get the work completed before the due date if the part arrived earlier than expected which they did. Great service
