We had a communication problem. I feel that my project was not properly managed and over the 6 weeks that Caliber had my vehicle and the multiple errors that occurred in trouble shooting I never knew the the real status of the repairs, the timeline for completion, or even the indication of a positive outcome. It was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences of my life. I’m 75 and that covers a lot of experiences. Please don’t contact me again

I am happy with the repair. Quality of the repair was definitely a "10". The car is a 2022 and now looks like brand new, especially from the side and rear, where the repair was made. Completely exceeded my expectations! I will know better how high to set my expectations after the high quality of Caliber Collision repairs.
