Everyone was very nice. They kept me up to date as the repairs went on and I appreciated that. I did not expect my car to be cleaned inside and out but was very surprised that it was. Very awesome experience!

I wasn’t happy with paying my deductible of a thousand for the job they did repairing my car. I can’t imagine someone paying out of pocket cash to have custom paint at a place who rushes and leaves imperfections because they just don’t care

Came to pick up my car we found scratches in the paint and a dent by the door handle I never seen before so we had to send it back to the shop. Which was an inconvenience

Quality of repair was great, but time it took longer then expected. Waited for return deposit from the rental car, so i called and its being held cause of Caliber Collision. Insurance company said that Caliber was responsible for the two extra days June 16th and 17. Still waiting.

The entire team was prompt and courteous. The facility was exceptionally well kept. Although it wasn’t my fault my car was in for repair (someone gave me a good ol door ding) if I had to go somewhere again I would definitely consider this facility. Their PDR work was great, and as someone who is weird about his cars (I have 4 black vehicles) and knows a bit about buffing, I appreciated that the polished area was blended well and had zero sign of being overworked- including just the right touch such that the factory orange peel texture wasn’t knocked down in a way that would make the repaired area more apparent- IE an excellent job.
