Hands down...best repair service in town. I was on vacation after I dropped off my vehicle. They kept in contact with me and even delivered my vehicle to my home, which is 35 minutes away. The work they did on my vehicle was great!

Communication was poor and trying to get a hold of Terri was difficult at best. I was told I would be contacted regularly with updates and that didn’t happen. Service was way too slow. I assumed when I dropped off my vehicle, work would start shortly after, but instead it sat for a week until I finally called and asked for a status update. I was told they were waiting on the insurance company, but it had already had an inspection done, and confused as to why they had to do it again.. The work itself looked good with fresh paint, but the rep pointed out a spot in which she said they couldn’t get all of the rust, yet on the other side, she pointed out how they worked really hard and removed metal completely and patched it up. That makes me think you probably cut the work short because you didn’t want to put any more time and effort into the job to do it right. I wouldn’t choose Caliber Collision to do the work next time, nor what I recommend caliber to others.
