The help with our insurance claim and figuring out what needed to happen in a timely manner from Josh Chesmore was excellent! And we are very happy with the work that was done. We would use Caliber again (hope we don't need to) and recommend Caliber Collision!

The quality and timeliness of the work was top notch. I spend the most time with Jordan Scriver who was excellent and thoroughly explained the process! When I picked up the Cruze, Chris was very customer service oriented.

Caliber made the best out of a bad situation. My Ram had been out of commission for over 6 wks when I had it brought to them. They took this to heart even though the delay had nothing to do with them. Got got my truck done and back to me as good as new. Also, when I was settling up my service guy helped a little old lady with an estimate even though it was late and she had no appointment. To me that alone speaks volumes about their customer service. Thanks for everything!!

Exceptional communication keeping me up to date on repair status. Bob T and Chris were beyond thorough and very knowledgeable. Front desk ladies were polite and professional. Waiting area and estimate bays were very clean and well kept. Customer service was top of the line! Every communication I had with the shop and employees was professional, compassionate, and positive. My car came out looking better than it did before the accident. They went above and beyond touching up minor flaws. I’m very happy with the end result and will always trust my business to Caliber.
