My only complaint is that no one ever told me how long the repairs would take. I didn't need an exact estimate but a ball park would have been helpful. You should do this after the original estimate, when the vehicle is dropped off and perhaps while it is being repaired. My only notification came by text an hour before I received the call saying the car would be finished by the end of the day.
