We are not confident I received quality car care and products on our vehicle which was damaged just 2 weeks after we purchased it during the derecho We received a call mid repair asking if we were willing to have a lesser quality part as substitute on our vehicle. This never happened with McGrath.

The repair appears excellent. I wish they would have ordered the part prior to me bringing the vehicle in since I had brought it in back in August to get the estimate. Waiting on the part delayed the repair.

The side sensors Still don’t work. Also had a warning when I tried to back up. Cannot find reference in the user’s manual. The manual index is pretty useless. I will have to return to shop to seed help!

We were satisfied with the workmanship and updates throughout the process of our car repair. The door repair they did and the paint job are as good as factory new. We will reccomend Caliber Collision to anyone who might need repairs for there vehicles.
