I really appreciated the updates about the progress of the repairs on my van. The whole process was quicker & easier than I anticipated. Having the rental company pick me up at the drop-off, then being a preferred location for American Family, once dropped off it went straight to repair. When complete, I was able to get my keys and go! Caliber Collision took care of returning the rental for me, making the pick up process as seamless as the drop off. The repairs on my van look amazing; like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Caliber Collision has the formula down making the customer experience 5 stars 🌟. Thank you.

We were very satisfied with the repair work we had done at caliber! They did a great job of keeping us updated on how things were going and got our vehicle done way sooner than expected. Ryan in estimating was absolutely great and made the whole process super simple and did a great job of communicating with us on how things were going. Even though this repair shop is much further away from our home than other repair shops we will continue to get our work done through them.

This is the second time I've dealt with Caliber on a vehicle repair and both times I experienced stellar service! I really appreciate the fact that Josh kept in contact with me as well as that I got updates via text. Also the fact that my car looks brand new is outstanding! From start to finish the process dealing with Caliber is always a great experience considering both times have been a stressful one personally. No one wants to have a damage to vehicle but at least you guys make it flawless to deal with.
