I’m very satisfied, there was a lot of damage to my vehicle from hail; I don’t even know how many dents. The bodywork looks great. The only thing is, I noticed some trim pieces that were dented up in the storm that were not repaired. That is the only part that has me rating a 10 vs an 8, I need to inquire about that

To qualify my " no" response, I would ALWAYS take my vehicles to Caliber!! But a yes or no survey won't paint the correct picture. My angst was not being able to pay cash. Luckily, Dustin was there. Hr offered his card and he happily takes cash!! So 5 stars!!!!

The sounds of the vehicle before and after the repair were not fully repaired to its original before the accident. I was explained that the parts that make the sound are not from the accident but the sounds were not here prior to the accident.
