The call center with an agent that spoke very poor English was disconcerting there is also a lot of repetition within the different emails tax, I had to get my email three different times and my phone number twice

Kevin was outstanding when I drove in, after a bad encounter with a deer.. It was at closing time but he still went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision and Kevin.
