Staff was friendly and they went above and beyond . I am beyond satisfied and I’m very grateful. Thank you for being not only kind but doing such a great job . The women in the office should get a raise and the staff who repaired my car did such a good job they deserve a raise to. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work and enjoys what they do. Karissa Root the office manager got me taken care of when I hit a deer about 6 months ago. Then I was in another car accident about a month ago and had to pick a place that I wanted my car to be repaired at. Karissa was still employed at Caliber so I made the obvious choice to pick her as I knew she would get me and my vehicle taken care of. The customer service was out of the world per usual, and Karissa was absolutely amazing. Thank you Karissa for bending over backwards to make sure your customers are satisfied. You should be running that entire place in my opinion and you certainly deserve a raise with how hard I always see you working, I dont know how you do it! Thank you again. Blake

Took considerably longer then estimated. Paint flaw above light. Rear camera no longer works. And most importantly the bed no longer fits up to the tailgate correctly. Completely disappointed, and WILL be fixed by a competent company on your dime!
