This was my first time going to Caliber Collision for repairs on a vehicle. By far this was the best service team I have came across. Everyone there was very helpful, text updates were very nice and letting me know the progress of my vehicle.

I was very frustrated to call on Friday morning to schedule pickup for my car only to be informed at the last minute that the car would not be ready until the following Tuesday. When I picked it up on Tuesday, it was still missing a mud flap and an insignia. The work appears to have been completed successfully so this is mostly just a concern about correctly setting expectations and delivering on excellence in quality.

Very happy with the caliber of service I received. The customer service was great - I was given a great explanation of all that was to happen during the time my vehicle was being repaired, what I could expect with the insurance company/rental service and was even given a ride to the car rental service when my rental hadn’t been dropped off at the time I was dropping off my vehicle for service. The time my vehicle spent in their shop I was given frequent updates and was given the opportunity to ask any questions during the entire process. Once I received my vehicle back the repairs were done very well, as if the crash had not occurred and the final invoice that I was given was very detailed. Over all very satisfied in the service I received.
