They handled all of the details, paperwork, transportation, delivery when done, and keeping me ( her son who doesn’t live local )informed about everything. On top of all that, the car looks amazing. The team at Caliber Collision on 16th Avenue SW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa went above and beyond to make sure my Stella (2018 Kia Sportage SX Turbo) was repaired promptly and properly after I was rear-ended during a two-day drive from Pennsylvania to Iowa. From my very first interaction with Karissa and Brett, I knew Caliber was the best shop for Stella’s repairs. They immediately put me at ease, explained the process clearly and handled everything seamlessly with my out-of-state insurance. What truly stood out was the outstanding communication and genuine care I received throughout the entire process. Daniel, and later Brian, kept me in the loop almost daily with calls or texts, updating me on progress and next steps. I never once had to chase down information — they anticipated my concerns and made sure I always felt informed and reassured. It’s rare to find a repair shop that treats both the car and the customer with this much dedication. My Stella looks and drives like new, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded every expectation I had. I am so grateful for the professionalism, kindness and expertise of this entire team. If you ever find yourself in need of collision repair, whether you’re local or just passing through, I cannot recommend Caliber Collision on 16th Avenue highly enough. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience, and I’ll always be thankful for how well they took care of both me and my Stella.

I can't say enough positive things about Cailber! Getting in a car accident is a stressful situation and Karissa walked me through the entire process to get my vehicle fixed. I received frequent text message updates from Brian, so I never had to worry about my vehicle or call in to check on it. The office is extremely clean and organized and they go above and beyond in every single interaction that you have with them. Upon pick up we were given thorough information and the vehicle was meticulously detailed inside and out, which we were not expecting! I can't remember an experience where we have felt this well taken care of!
