Michelle and Tiffani were so helpful during what could have been a stressful experience. This was my first accident so I had no idea how the process worked. Michelle was very thorough and really helped explain the insurance process. Tiffani was great during the repair process and kept in constant communication along the way. She made sure the repairs were done to the highest standard as if it was her own car. We were very happy with the entire process and I appreciate the attention to detail.
