I was so impressed with the quality and care of service I received. I appreciated the periodic text messages informing me of the progress on my vehicle repairs. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very professional. I was not inconvenienced in the slightest with my normal routine when it came to drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I was very satisfied with the repairs made and I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber Collision

I am not pleased by the paint quality. I found fish eyes, dust nibs, and rough edges. There was a new scratch near the rear bumper on a part that was not painted (I polished it out). The driver side bumper does not sit flush with the quarter panel. The vehicle appears to have been washed despite requesting no wash. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the quality of work.

I have to give praise to Caliber Collision for providing the service I expected. The original repair did not meet my standards. However, I brought my car back in to get the quality of repair I expected and I'm happy to report that Caliber Collision has met my standards.

Very good customer service. Especially would like to thank Tim who listened to my every request and ensured they were attended. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I even requested not to have the car washed and they followed that instruction! As a detailer, this was very important to me.
