I was upset a scratch repair took over 2 weeks to complete, and don't understand what "parts" were ordered. Removing all of my decals on the bumper was also excessive. I wish I hadn't had it repaired.

My Nissan appears absolutely perfect and as if it has never suffered damage from a collision. There is no way that caliber could have done a better job than they did on my car. I am totally satisfied with the whole experience.

Every single person I dealt with during this process was awesome and helpful. I have to say Wyatt was one of the best and most professional folks I have ever dealt with at any level. Anne was extremely friendly and laughed along as I forgot my garage door openers in the rental vehicle (which they returned for me so I didn’t have to walk across the street in the rain). 10/10 will use again even if my truck isn’t rear ended again :-)

I am so very impressed with the amazing people!! The man who helped me Saturday morning (I apologize I forgot his name) drove my van to me and picked up the rental from me at my home. My son has Covid and I’m a single mom and was having problems finding someone to sit with him. Fantastic customer service!!

My satisfaction level on scale of 1 to 10 is a 10 (highest). I rate customer service as 10 (highest). Both Steve and Anna were very knowledgeable and Respectful. My vehicle was completed in the time frame initially promised. Caliber kept me informed during the entire repair process. I was extremely pleased to find my car clean when I went to pick it up. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber to a friend or family member..

Caliber completed the work on my car in a 100% satisfactory manner and in the time they said they would complete it. Steve had to work hard to get the parts to do the repairs because of supply chain issues. Everyone at the Caliber shop in Centerville was very customer friendly — especially Steve and Anna.
